FAQ's Can I order a mixed breed dog or cat? TOP
Yes!
Please use my custom from a photo order form. I work from photos and or a very good description of the dog, as long as you include details such as tail length color, eye color, ....
Do you wholesale? TOP
At this time I am not currently accepting any new wholesale accounts as I am too busy with retail orders.
How do you work from Photos? TOP
Try to include
-1 head shot straight forward (dog/cat looking at the camera)
- 2 side views (one left and one right)
- 1 fully body view
If you cannot provide all angles send me
what you can and make sure you describe what is unseen in the photos
(examples include-white tip at end of tail, no tail, mickey mouse shaped
spot on right side, back of ear black spot, spots on tongue…)
-coloring descriptions- because of
monitor differences, most important for dogs or cats with uneven
coloring/patches or red/brown tones
-the better the pictures I receive the better the sculpture . You say you donate to animal rescue? TOP

Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes, I do ship First Class International, USPS. If you need a quote on shipping costs, feel free to contact me, and I can always upgrade shipping if you need it sooner.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:
Your country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes,
tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control
and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much
they might be. For information you should contact your local customs
agency. The Pendant Emporium is not responsible for any duty taxes which
may be levied on your purchase.
Special Note about First Class International: First Class International
is the cheapest way to mail packages overseas and to Canada. I have had
good luck with this service but you should know that you can't track or
insure packages with First Class service from USPS. This is a risk that
you the buyer are taking when choosing this service. If you prefer to
use Priority mail, please contact me before purchasing.
***IMPORTANT! I cannot mark any International packages as a "gift" on
the customs form. Asking any Shipper (Business or Personal) to write
"Gift" on a Customs Form, when your country's rules say it is not a
Gift, is a violation of the law.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
I currently only take Paypal and Google Checkout from this website.
I can accept Checks, Epayments, Money Orders, please contact me to place your order via email, and I will send you my mailing address. Orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared.
In my stores, Artfire takes Paypal and Amazon Payments
and Etsy accepts Paypal, and Credit Cards
All payments are due within 7 days of orders. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours, I send a message reminder.
I need it now, can you get it done sooner if I pay more? TOP
Sorry, the answer is no, the whole process for making the porcelain takes a minimum of 3 weeks. If you need something immediately, please check one of my two stores, Etsy or Artfire items purchased from these shops are already made and are shipped on the next business day, Priority Mail, with upgrades available for overnight or UPS Air Mail How do you ship? I will be shipping all ornaments and sculptures next business day, USPS
Priority Mail domestically, and first class internationally.
All of my items
are double boxed and carefully wrapped to protect the porcelain.
Refunds? TOP
I want you to be happy with every ornament/figurine that you add to your
collection, so returns are accepted with in 30 days. If you are unhappy
with your sculpture simply notify me via e-mail and return the
figurine/ornament (at your expense in original shape and packaging).
Once I have received the package, it will be replaced with a similar
priced item of your choice or a refund.
I carefully wrap and double box each item,
but if one should arrive broken,
please contact me, I will make it right!
